ELIZABETH (BETH) MARQUEZ
Elizabeth Marquez, resident of Santa Fe, NM, passed away on July 24, 2021. She was born August 17, 1968 to Juan and Carmen Marquez
Beth was preceded by her parents, Juan and Carmen Marquez; brothers, Joe Rudy Marquez, Joe Paul Marquez, and sister, Dora Marquez.
She is survived by children, Terry, Brittany (Jesse), Zachary (Analisa); partner and father of her children, Ron; brothers and sisters, Henry (Gloria), Christina Baca (Edward), Julio, John (Maggie), Bernie (Maryanne), Margaret Ortiz (Ray), Esequiel, Ernest (Michelle), Emily, Marcos. She was also loved by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Beth will always be remembered by her big smile and laugh that filled the room. She was a very caring and thoughtful person that would always put others ahead of herself and do anything to help others, just like her mom. Everyone was always welcome in her home and could count on having a friend for life. Beth worked retail her whole career but most people will remember Beth for her years of employment at Albertson's. But what she loved the most was spending time with her children and family, cooking playing games, or just hanging out. Beth will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.
Services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Santa Fe, NM at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Reception to follow at the family home. Burial will take place at Rosario Cemetery at 2 p.m.

I am saddened by the loss of my sister/best friend! Beth was such a beautiful woman, so kindhearted, friendly, sweet, loving, caring, giving and thoughtful to name a few. She will be dearly and deeply missed, and never forgotten. I will especially always remember her beautiful smile. Someone once said, "We don´t die, we live on through the memories we leave behind."That´s one thing I do have is many, many memories I will always cherish. Rest In Peace my beautiful sister! My heartfelt condolences to her beautiful family whom I also consider my own. Love you all!

Beth was a Beautiful friend more like my little Sister. The whole Marquez and Baca family adopted the McSweeney family. We all grew more love and more members of a special family. She always had an open door to go in and sit awhile and relax, have fun and eat and eat some more!! She had big hugs you could feel in your heart. That day God Baptized you in the river and took you to Heaven on those so White and Bright Wings. You are reunited with family (give Mom Marguez a hug for us) that is healed of all illnesses. All those Angels around you giving hugs like your family and friends did today at the church. You will be missed until we met again. We love you. Bill , Jane and Family

Our beautiful cousin,
Words can not describe how much we will miss you.
God definitely has you in his presence. I bet your parents were elated to see you. I had to see if this is really true. My heart says NO but, we all know you are shining down upon that loving family of yours. Thank you for the love you gave to us, the laughs were contagious. I'll always remember you watering our huge tree! Lol. Missing our phone calls already my friend cousin. Heaven is so lucky to have you. We love you so much.
Until we meet again ....
