My Dearest Betty Jean,

You will be remembered always and as long as I live. You and your family have been in my heart since we first met in the early 50's when you lived near us in Sagamore Village and we attended Deering H.S. together in Portland, Maine, Class of 1950. I recall often the times Dick, Grace and I spent in your home with you your brother John, Bing, your Mom Susie and George Smith, your wonderful Dad. I can still remember some of the stories he used to love to tell so delightfully.I love you and all your family.

Jan and I got to meet Bill Nally and you many years ago and enjoyed observing the happiness and love you two shared together in your lovely home.

My greatest and deepest sympathy goes out to Bill and the entire family and especially to my old friend John Smith, the Deering H.S. football great and Marine officer, that we are all looked up to and were so very proud to know and count as a dear friend. Bob and Jan Estes

We are very sadden by the loss of Aunt Betty. We will miss her very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all now and always.

Betty was a wonderful kind woman. Our prayers are with the entire family as I known how very much she will be missed.

Betty was the "Best of the Best!" I will miss her and our long talks. May you all find peace within. She left you a wonderful legacy.

I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Nally's passing. She was a lovely lady and a sweet and gentle soul. She will now live in your hearts and watch over you every step of the way. Peace and love to all. We were so very sorry to hear of the loss of Betty. She and Bill were such wonderful friends to my parents. Many of their most happy moments were spent with Nallys. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Uncle Bill, Carol and Chuck,
What a lovely, beautiful person Aunt Betty was. She will missed so much. We will miss hearing her cheerful voice on the phone when she would call to check on Dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family during this very sad time. We will stay in touch.

I only had the pleasure of knowing Betty since she joined the Quilt Bank group. I will miss her sweet smiling face and her kindness! You are in my thoughts and prayers!
