I met Betty through my sister's best friend, Karen Ortlieb Jones. From the time I met Betty, she was so warm and inviting and I had the privilege to go to Betty's beach house and stay a couple of times. Betty was the hostess with the mostest. She was a beautiful soul and even though I didn't get to see her often, I learned adjectives had a heart pig hold and would do anything for anyone with pen arms. All my prayers and blessings go out to her family. RIP Betty. Love you Condolences too hey whole family.

Thinking of Mrs. O brings a smile to my face every time and tears of love and appreciation. I treasure all the memories. Such good good memories. So grateful for her cheerful and welcoming heart.
Sending prayers to all of you Ortliebs.

Betty Ortlieb was remarkable in so many ways. She has been a part of my life since Elementary School -so I know her and her family very well she was sometimes like a second mom to me and I will miss her sooooo much.
She was caring, loving, smart, practical and strong – a great role model for those who knew her!
Betty’s spirit lives on through her children, grand children and her many friends.
Rest in Peace Mrs. O –knowing that the world is a better place because you were in it!

Betty was another mom to us. She was kind, loving, honest, always was ready for any situation. She made a home for her family! She made us feel at home, in her homes. I always felt privileged to hanging with the Ortliebls. And that is why we called ourselves the Belchliebs! I love you guys! Hang together tight!

I am so happy I got to know Betty through Thursday Club. Enjoyed helping her host parties at her beach and mountain homes. She was always so kind!
Hugs for all her family in this difficult time.
