Our family got to meet and grew to love Betty at Hillcrest Nursing home! She was such a dear sweet lady. We loved her smile and sweet caring nature! She would stop by and check in on our mother everyday! She would play the piano for all of us and bring such pure joy! It breaks our heart that she is gone but we all know she is in a much better place now! Our thoughts and prayers go out to Marv and the rest of her family! She will be very missed! With love from Hester, Toni, Ruth and Cassie.

She was my introduction to school in the Fall of 1965. I still have memories of our trip to the Farmer's Market in Muskegon and can picture our room in my mind. She was kind to this rambunctious boy and I am sure she will be missed by many. Peace and prayers to her family and close friends.

My deepest condolences to the family for lose of such a wonderful person. Betty was like another grandma to me growing up in Dalton Baptist. So many great memories of her love and caring and lessons of how to be a good person.
Thank you for all your service to so many young people. You will be sorely missed.

She was my 2nd Mom! I loved her deep. She “adopted” Doug & I when we were 21 years old first serving at Dalton Baptist in 1971-75 the first time. She was the hostess with the Mostest. She loved her family fiercely and lovingly. There was only one Betty. Oh to be a portion of who she was. She’s “Finally Home,” with Jesus who she passionately loved and served. I love you Mom Betty forever and always.
