Elizabeth "Bette" Weber passed away peacefully in her home in McLean, Virginia on July 31st. Bette was born in Upper Darby, Pa to Joseph and Beatrice Kelly. She was raised in Elizabeth, NJ. She is a graduate of Rutgers University for undergrad and Fairleigh Dickinson University for her Masters. Bette spent her career in health care and retired from Becton Dickinson as a marketing executive. She resided in Ridgewood, NJ before retiring to the Jersey Shore. She then relocated to McLean, VA to be closer to her nephew Jim, his wife Monica, and their daughter Dylan. Dylan was the light of Bette's life in her later years and they enjoyed a wonderful relationship. Bette was passionate and committed to supporting the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and St. Judes Children's hospital. Bette loved travel, conversation with friends, food, wine and music. Her enthusiasm for music ranged from classical music to her beloved Elvis and everything in between. She is predeceased by her parents, beloved sister and best friend, Frances Dowling, and beloved nephew Kevin. The family held a private reception to celebrate Bette's life.
