In loving memory of an amazing lady. We will love you and miss you always. I had the opportunity to personal train such a strong and independent lady, she even stuck with it virtually through the pandemic. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. To prove her strength she held an 87 second plank for her 87th birthday last year. It’s hard to believe someone could do this at 87 years old. Here’s a video of the first 30 seconds of that plank. Proof of her strength with her favorite pup Papi by her side.

What can I say about Elizabeth! She was my idol! My husband Chris trained her for years. He used to call her his girlfriend. She was so quick-witted and strong.
