Edgar R. Weaver, 89, of Bethlehem, died August 3, 2004 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Mary E. (Csernak) Weaver. They were married for 62 years. He was a clerk for 32 years for Bethlehem Steel Corp. in the Martin Towers until retiring in 1972. Born in south Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Raymond A. and Ida M. (Trapp) Weaver. He attended Lehigh University, Bethlehem. Survivors: Wife; son, Larry E., and daughter, Deborah, wife of Thomas Nagle, both of Bethlehem; grandsons, Jeremy and Kyle Nagle. Services: will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements, J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, Allentown.

Sorry for your loss, this is a long shot but I was going thru my late fathers memories and came across certificates and pictures of a Edgar Weaver from BSA Lehigh county. Wondering if these are your husband or father. My name is Jean Bixler and I can be reached at 269-209-2557. I hope this is his family because my dad would want to give them back, I believe they found them in a old scout book. My dad was a big collector of BSA and was a scouter for over 75 years. Thank you and if this is not the correct Edgar, my condolences.
