Ella Frances Poore

Ella Frances Altemus Poore, formerly of Brush Valley, died June 30, 2007. She was born Oct. 27, 1922, the daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Heilman Altemus. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Wisniewski and husband William, Waltsonburg, N.C., and Barbara ?Bobbi? Gravatt and husband James, Townsend. Del.; a son, Kenneth, Clayton, Del; and former husband, Robert ?Bob? Poore, Smyrna, Del.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Miller, Wilmore, and Jean Tomb, Pittsburgh; brothers, ?Dick? Altemus, Brush Valley, and Donald Altemus, Armagh; sisters-in-law, Agnes ?Tick? Altemus, Indiana, Gretchen Altemus, Armagh, and Rose Altemus, Armagh; a brother-in-law, Richard ?Dick? Tomb, Pittsburgh; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Clyde, Charles, ?Chick? and William ?Bill? Altemus; and sisters, Vera Douglas and Nancy Wida.
