I am so sorry for your loss. I'm grieving over the loss of my son Shay also. I hope he met Ella at the gates of heaven and welcomed her in!

I send you my deepest condolences for the tragic loss of Ella. There are few things more difficult than the loss of a child, in this case a child who grew to a precious young adult.

It's seems like yesterday when Ella and Solomon were born to be two kids so lucky to call each of you Mom and Dad. I know the depth of love they were surrounded by and the values instilled in them to touch and improve the human kind in the world.

May Ella's spirit carry on and may the gifts she gave to your family, friends, and society be long remembered far beyond her years on earth.

Our son, John, was Solomon's freshman RA in the Trancos dorm at Stanford. We lost John (who shared the exact same birthdate as Ella) on August 26, 2016 after a running accident. My husband and I met Ella during her time in Fayetteville when she worked at JJ's. She always had a smile every time we saw her. No matter how busy she was, she would stop and say 'hi'.
