Ellen Kern Ello, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at age 98. Beloved wife of the late William J. Ello, Jr. Daughter of the late Sidney Jerome Kern and Mary St. Phillip Kern. Loving mother of William J. Ello, III. Mother-in law of Judith S. Ello. Sister of the late George Kern, Althea Lee, Irma Dudenhefer, Eunice Looney, Marion Kern, Albert Kern, Sidney Kern, Barbara Sutera and Gerald Kern. Grandmother of Kristen Walters (Kevin), Kim Klapatch (David) and Kevin Ello (Sarah). Great grandmother of Megan Walters, Karson Walters, Lauren Walters and Ethan Klapatch.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. All the brothers and sisters are finally together again, in the presence of the Lord.
May your Mother rest in peace and may God grant you and your family the joy and peace knowing she is now at rest.
Sorry we were not able to come see her off, but she has been in our prayers and hearts. God Bless Cousin!
