Ellen, you are loved and will be missed. Your life was filled with what mattered most- living and serving others as a mom, a wife, a friend, and a neighbor. I am grateful for your example and look forward to seeing your beautiful smile again someday

Ellen loved being with her cousins at Grandma Betty's house. She was the youngest of the granddaughters at this time. Grandma Betty's was a special place to be together with our families.

I will always always always remember Ellen for her love and kindness. She is quiet on the surface, but her love, compassion, and tenderness is palpable. I have never felt like an in-law around Ellen. She immediately made me feel and treated me like I had always been her niece, from day 1. Ellen loves tenderly, in the fiercest of ways. Or maybe fiercely in the tenderest of ways? Both, really. And I´m grateful I get to be a recipient of some of her love.
Sending all my love and prayers to Ellen´s family for comfort and peace. I love you all so much.

Ellen had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known, as she quietly guarded her own. We would meet for 5 am walks around the neighborhood and talk about life and our girls. Ruby and my Sydney had a special bond and we tried to keep their friendship going even with the large distance. I feel blessed to have had Ellen´s friendship. She was one of a kind and always full of love. I know her family feels a huge hole and I wish I could ease their pain. You´ll continue to be in my prayers.
