News Death Notice
HISLE, Elrena Louise Age 88 of Oxford Township passed away at Huntington Court on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 12:05 AM. She was born in Richmond, Kentucky on May 13, 1921 the daughter of Pearl and Alice Walton. Elrena was employed as a cook at various restaurants, including College View Restaurant. She was a member of Oxford Church of God. On July 2, 1940 in Kentucky, she married Millard Hisle, and he preceded her in death in 2008. She is survived by three daughters, Marlene Bowling of Oxford, Pearl Lawson of Ft. Meyers, Florida, and Diane Hisle of Greenville, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Robert Bowling of Ft. McMurray, Albert, Canada, Linda Witt of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Patricia Bowling of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Leslie (James) Horchak of Clarksville, Tennessee, Terry (Marcie) Lawson of Anderson, Ohio, Michael (Dawn) Libecap of Brookville, Indiana, and David (Candace) Libecap of Milford; eleven great- grandchildren; and three great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Millard Douglas Hisle; three brothers; and three sisters. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, August 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Paul Marcum of Fellowship Christian Center officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. www.browndawson.com

I'm really sorry that you lost your loved one. Im Tabetha from wellington manor i took care of millard. And had contact with elrena once or twice while he was at wellington. She will be missed
