The Time Is Now...
If you are going to love me, love me now, while i can know the sweet and tender feelings which from true affections flow. Love me now, while iam living. do not wait until im gone and then have it chiseled in marble, sweet words on ice cold stone, if you have tender thoughts of me please tell me now. If you wait until Iam sleeping never to awaken, there will be death between us and I wont hear you then. So if you love me, even a little bit let me know it while Iam living, So I can treasure it.....The time is now. (Daniel Albert Patterson)

Martha, Virginia, and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Through the days to come and the years that pass, memories, smiles and your Mothers strength and passion will carry you, comfort you, and remind you of all that she was, of all that she gave to you, and all that you have become, because this wonderful caring lady was your Mom. I will always remember the love with which Bev talked about being in your home and the feeling of belonging and being cared for that she felt from your Mom and all of you, through much of her life, and Martha, I will always remember seeing your Mom at Calaway Park with your kids, the patience and care she took with them, the love and respect they showed her, and the smile and wave of "Hello" that we would pass to each other, as we carried on with all the happy smiling kids.

Virginia and Family,
My deepest sympathy for the death of your beloved Mom - Elsa. I have the opportunity to take care of her (as one of her nurses) when she was still in Staywell Manor Village. She's the only resident there that gives me a goodnight kiss and hug after giving her the bedtime medications. May God be your strength in this difficult time...Elsa's in a much better place now with the Greatest Healer of all.
Take care...

To Martha, Virginia and all of the family, I am so sorry for your great loss. Your Mother was an amazing woman of strength, character and love. She made such a huge impact on me growing up, folding me into her arms and her heart like I was one of her own. She had an incredibly capacity for giving love, making others feel loved, sharing everything she had. She will be greatly missed and forever remain a treasure in my heart. God Bless you all, and we hold you close in our thoughts and prayers for your peace and comfort. Much love & hugs,
