ELSIE M.
Of Pittsburgh, PA, age 84, on May 5, 2017. Beloved wife of 35 years to Elder Manuel Berry; loving mother of a blended family of 13 adult children, Linda Duckett, Gregory (Cobren) Brown, Harry Benjamin, Judith (Michael) Kirkland, David (Telita) Benjamin, the late Clarence Brown, and Sheldon Burgess, Annie Brazill, Katie Berry, Joyce (Theodore) Drewery, Darnell (Shelia) Berry, Phyllis Berry, Franklin Berry, Diedre (Clarence) Porch, and the late Manuel Berry, Jr.; also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2025 Perrysville Avenue, Perry Hilltop. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Pentecostal Temple COGIC Church, 6300 E. Liberty Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Interment Allegheny Cemetery

A wonderful Sunday School teacher to my babies. A beautiful Christian woman whose life was a living witness to the younger women in the church of how to live Holy. My favorite cheerleader always encouraging me to be the best wife and mom I could be; I will miss you.
I know we will see you again but until then, my sister in Christ, mother in the church, and dear friend, I wait.

A wonderful Sunday School teacher, a beautiful strong Christian woman who gently lead the younger women to holiness, my most favorite cheerleader and encourager on how to be the best wife and mother I can be, I will miss you.
