ELSIE G. LUIS Passed away in Placerville on November 6, 2003 at the age of 95. Devoted mother of Gary Luis. Preceded in death by her daughter Lorraine. Loving grandmother of Jeff Bertron, Wendy Luis, Bob Bertron and Heather Hatfield. Cherished great grandmother of Jeanette, Jeremy, Jessica and Keith. Also survived by her loving daughter-in-law, Karen and and many family and friends. A native of California, Elsie never met a stranger. She loved her family and friends more than anything in the world. She will be greatly missed by everyone.
