Brook Oaks Neighborhood Association has lost a founding member and staunch supporter. It's hard to think about Brook Oaks without the Elsie/Ruby team. I'm so sorry for your personal loss, Ruby. May you find the strength and motivation to keep working with your long-time friends and co-workers for the neighborhood that you love.
