Along with many others at Friends of Lake Quannapowitt, I am am greatly saddened by the loss of Emily. She was a sweet and vibrant spirit who donated extensive time and energies to FOLQ during the last few years. Her life ended tragically and much too soon. She will be greatly missed.

Emily will always be in the nicest memories of my high school years. She was kind, incredibly funny, and so very generous. Although I went for years without seeing her, whenever I did, it was always such a highlight for me. She had a memory for the smallest details of our years in high school and shared so many funny stories. I did see her more recently due to her involvement in FOLQ and was always greeted with a smile and a hug. The beautiful essence of her kindness will remain in my heart...she was loved and will be missed by so many.
