Emily was a student in our room. She always came to school with a smile and a hug for everyone. She was a sweet child that will be truly missed. But we know she will be talking up a storm in heaven. Ms. Barbara

Thinking of your family as you figure out how to maneuver life in a way that you never expected it to play out. When facing a similar trial, an elderly woman I admired gave me a poem that spoke of how God had given me the privilege to hold on to the precious child for only a short time until they would live on with Him in heaven. I know you feel honored that Emily Grace has been with you. She will live on in your hearts forever and never a day will pass that you will not think of her and the love you shared. I wish your days of sadness also be filled with good memories. Children are our best teachers and Emily Grace will continue to be there to help lead you through the maze of darkness because she was such a light in your life. Our grandson played ball with your husband and son so we have only seen you from afar, but our prayers will be with your whole family.
