Emily Toarmina Obituary
Emily graduated Kingsbury High School with honors in 2002 and earned her Associate degree in Graphic Design from Southwest Tennessee Community College in 2007. Emily encountered many obstacles during her short life, and she fought through them all. Emily loved her family, friends, and fur babies. Emily spent her free time watching her favorite soap opera - Days of Our Lives, movies, and the Dallas Cowboys. She loved to travel and shop. Emily's heart was big and smile was contagious!
Emily is preceded in death by grandparents Dominic and Norma Toarmina and Thomas Maley, Sr; uncle Frank "Buddy" Schrock.
Emily is survived by her father, Stephen Toarmina (Brooke), mom, Sherry Maley, and grandmother Dolores Maley. She also leaves behind two brothers - Andrew and Dominic (Stephanie). She is survived by cousins - John (Jennifer), Chris (Jennifer), Paul (Victoria), Collin, Katelyn, Addison, Connor, Simon, Kendall, Antonia, Hunter (Erin), Josh (Haley), and Cody (Mikayla); nieces Hannah, Caroline, Sophia, and Olivia; and special friends Amanda, Travis, Addi, Livi, Mili, and Wendi. She is survived by uncles and aunts Tommy (Gina), Don, Michael (Lisa), Tony, Nancy (Dale), and Patricia.
All services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Visitation will be at 1 pm with services following at 2 pm. If you would like to make a charitable donation in memory of Emily, please consider giving to Adult Congenital Heart Association.
