I'm with you when you greet each day, And while the sun shines bright, I'm there to share the sunsets too, I'm with you every night. I'm with you when the times are good, To share a laugh or two, And if a tear should start to fall, I'll still be there with you. And when that day arrives, That we are no longer apart, I'll smile and hold you close to me, Forever in my heart." Prayers will be held Wednesday, January 14th, at 7 pm at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Chapel, 10011-114 Street NW. Dear cousins,
We were sad to hear that you lost your beloved mother and granny, aunt Emmy. Although I only knew her from the things my Mother (Rena) once told me (I think they were friends), I received a very warm letter from her when I was married in May 2006, including a picture from my parents when they were young. Wishing you all lots of strength, Sonja de Deckere

To Emmy's family: On behalf of my husband Walter, myself and my mother Corrie d'Obrenan we wish to convey our deepest sympathy at the passing of your beloved mother. My husband and I only knew your Mom a short time but in that time she touched our lives with her deep love for others (especially my Mom Corrie) and her positive outlook on life. Truly, her life was a reflection of the love of God! We count it a great privilege to have known her. As for my mother, I know that she will always treasure the wonderful friendship that she shared with Emmy. She will be missed greatly!

Dear family, we send our condolences with the loss of Emmy.
We will remember her as a strong woman with a great sense of humour. With joy we think back at her visit to Hulst and the great time we all had. Each time we pass the chapel off Kapellebrug we remember her walking in the chapel and the garden.
In our thoughts we are with you. We love you, Gustaf, Christel, Guusje en Gijs de Deckere.
