Eric George Bauer

Eric will be greatly missed and remembered. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He listened when you speak and always had a welcoming smile. I pray that his friends and family will find peace in this difficult time.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Eric's young life. I worked for Eric at Grady Memorial Hospital and have fond memories of him being one of the most supportive supervisors to everyone who worked for him. He valued all of his employees and recognized the difficulties that each employee faced with respect and care. He nurtured and help grow all of those who worked for him, never holding himself or anyone else, above another. I also knew of him to be a kind and loving father to his young (now grown) son. What a loss this must be to his family, friends and his co-workers. May they all know what a great influence he had on many others in his life. Blessings and loving memories are wished to them all.

I know you will definitely be missed. I worked in the office next to yours at Grady. You always had a smile and would help anyone in any way you could (including me) when I had issues at Grady.

Eric, you were one of my first managers at the age of 17 at Grady. You helped give me the confidence to talk to people as I was so shy. You let me work through high school and through college in your department-you gave me special projects that made me have to come out of my comfort zone . I will always remember your laughter - you were always laughing and shaking your head - especially being the only male in an office full of 15 opinionated women. I got my degree in Human Resources and this 35 year old is no longer shy, in part to you. God Bless your family. You will always be remembered in my heart.

I will truly miss making you laugh when I stop by to visit you in your office. You were a cool, calm and awesome leader for CFV. You will truly be missed boss man!! Rest In Heaven. Prayers are with your family and I pray God comforts them during this difficult time.
