To Eric's children, wife, & family - I heard the news and was heartbroken. I worked with him back at KPMG from 2010-13. I had just started my career. He stood out immediately to me - a true leader who was honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and hilariously funny. I was even lucky enough to work on one of his engagements, allowing me to learn directly from him. I witnessed his transition from KPMG to E&Y, and as I reflected on his departure, I was fortunate to have learned from one of the best during his time at the firm. He left this world too soon, and the loss is profound. With a heavy heart, I send warm hugs to the family and will continue to celebrate his life and impressive impact on everyone around him. I wish the family strength and comfort during this unbelievably difficult time.

To the Biegansky family, I´m sorry for your loss and to recently learn about Eric´s illness.

I had the pleasure to work with Eric twice in my career - at EY and BearingPoint. We worked closely on our client work and he was an empathetic leader, cared deeply about his team and our people.

He was a gentleman and great person.

This one hurts. From college to our "formative" years, we were roommates. This might sound like a cliche, but it's not. He is - bar none - the funniest human I've ever known. Jill, Sonya, Paul, Marianne, kids, and everyone, you're in my prayers. Irreplaceable. Yuuu.

Heartbroken. One of the funniest humans I've ever met. I lived with him at our fraternity house in Ann Arbor, and then a few years after school, as well. Great roommate, father, husband, friend, brother & son. We are going to miss you, Bigman.
