CALCUTT
Eric Phillip
Passed away on the 14th November 2011, aged 74 years.
Much loved husband of Elizabeth and father to Philip,
brother-in-law to Tom and Betty.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at
Oakley Wood Crematorium, South Chapel
on Wednesday 30th November 2011 at 2.15 pm.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired
may be made to Myton Hospice and may be sent
c/o H J Dawson, 22 George Street,
Leamington Spa, CV31 IET.
