I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Lahoda family, David, Andrea and Eric's brothers Steven, Bobby, Mark & John. May GOD wrap his arms around each of you in this very sad and tragic time and comfort you. I have many fond memories of Eric. When Eric was little I was his Beaver leader I enjoyed the time spent with Eric. Eric was enthusiastic about everything and so full of life, a true joy to be around.
Eric quite often referred to himself as "Eric the Red", which always gave us a laugh.
You are in my heart and my prayers.

I have only known Eric for a short while but it did not take long to appreciate what a wonderful person he was. I was shocked and saddened by the news of his passing. I wish all the best to his family and friends, my prayers are with you.

Andree, I am so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine what you are going through right now. You are an amazing strong woman and our family has been thinking of you and praying for you and your family. I hope that somehow you can find a way to keep that sparkle in your eye that has made you such an inspiration to my kids. Kirsten and the rest of the grade 2's miss you and are praying for you guys.

When I think of Eric I think of his infectious smile and great sense of humour. He had the ability to make anyone laugh and I will miss his visits in the valley.

I will miss getting that phone call from Eric everytime he was in the Valley, I knew that it would be a bike or ski day full of laughter and memorable moments whenever we got together. I will truly miss his company.

When I was in Spirit River this past weekend I was saddend to hear about Eric. I told Mr. Landsman one of my favorite memories of Eric. When he came home from speech and showed me how he could say frog now. I then thought of the time Steven pushed him off the bed and he ended up with a huge goose egg. He was an amazing child who Ill have fond memories of.

Erie was a good friend to my sister michelle. we are all very sad. We wish you lots of love as you go through this loss. We will remember Eric fondly and are happy that he touched our lives and that we got to meet him.
