A Letter To Our Son

Dear:Eric,

If we could have one lifetime wish, one dream come true, we would pray to God with all our hearts for yesterday and you. To see your smiling face when you walk through our door, to hear your voice saying "it's all good" is all were longing for. A thousand words can't bring you back we know because we've tried and neither will a million tears, we know because we've cried. You left behind our broken hearts and happy memories too, but we never wanted memories son we only wanted YOU. Your little one so precious, she's all that we have left. We see you! When she smiles with her crooked little grin.We will treasure her forever as we love her oh so much. To your resting place place we gather as flowers are placed with care. We reminice of happy times and now sadness that your not here. No one knows our heartache as we turn to leave you there. A light is placed upon your grave darkness you shall not see. Rest your head Eric ,now all of your fears will pass away. We will think of you as resting In Gods arms you will sleep. Goodnight dear Eric we love you, as we close our eyes to leave, our arms will always hold you, our baby you'll always be. Sweet dreams little man, we love you. We have never said goodbye as it is such a final word, see you later Son. Our love will fly to you each night on Angels wings.

To Jerred and the rest of the Medernach family! My heart went out to you the night I found out about Eric and my heart is still with you all. I knew Eric for a short time, but I had a chance to meet all of you his loving family. I know that parents feel that it should not be them seeing a child pass but a child to see thier parents go.. Remember him always for the good times, laugh alot, it will help remember. My thoughts are also with Erics daughter madison who was born just shortly before my daughter. Eric and I grew up together, we only lived a few blocks away and hung out all the time. We went to all the same schools, and even when we drifted we still found one another. Eric was a great guy to know, he was more then anyone could ask for. For that he will be remembered and missed. My condolence to his family. My love will be with you always!

Amanda, Curtis, Jerred, Kristen, Brenda and Clarence my deepest condolences are with you and your family during this tragic time. With sincerest sympathy my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My deepest sympathy to all family members and friends of Eric's. I only knew Eric a short time but in that short time I realized that he was a special soul. Recently I had a dream. Sorry to here about Eric. I will always remember him being such a nice and polite person. It's been about 2 years since we have talked but i will never forget him and the days when we would hang out. Eric you will be missed by all. R.I.P

Clarence and Brenda, my heart is with you eventhough I cannot be there. I may not have known my nephew because of the miles, but I feel love for him just the same, as I do you. This is something that is unimaginable to bear and should never happen to a parent. But it does.Thank God you have many other wonderful children. You can rest easily knowing Eric is at peace with no more turmoil of this world. You are all in my prayers.

I'm sorry for your lost Brenda and family it's hard to let go but always keep your memories close to your heart because it is never a good bye for one day you will all be together.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. A couple years back my brother was really good friends with Eric. Eric was always a happy, polite young man whenever I saw him. Please know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
