Erich Frank

I worked with Erich for a short while and yet he was the most willingly helpful manager I ever had in 18 years. On two separate occasions, he did everything he could to get my problem solved, and did that in a genuinely helpful, friendly and positive way. I am so sorry about his passing. I am sure he touched many people in his life. God bless him.
