I was deeply saddened to hear of Erik's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Erik at the Night of Champions in New York City a few years back. He gave me excellent advise on training and nutrition. Also, I adapted some of his training techniques into my bodybuilding career. Erik also allowed me to take a picture of him. He was a great guy.

I loved Erik as a brother.... a very big little brother..and I try to adhere to the many things he taught me in the year that we knew each other. I think about Erik every day. I miss him. His joy in being alive hangs with me and I appreciate it more and more.

Thank you everyone who has reached out to me and my family and micah. I know it is very shocking to everyone and hard to believe. I myself was in disbelief until i went to the private viewing. I know tha erik hasn't gone anywhere, he is still sround in spirit, we just cant talk. When i picked up my daughter from school the other day she got in the car and said "I saw uncle erik on the playground today mommy." "He was watching me on the monkey bars, but hten he just disappeared." I know he is coming to check on us all. Thank you again for your kindness and I hope to see you all on Monday at the Memorial in Rock Springs, WY. Love, From Diann

All my thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with the Fromm family. I am still in awe over this, Erik was the most sincere person I have known, he touched everyones heart and changed everyones life he came into contact with. There is no other Erik, and never will be. He will be truly and deeply missed by all. I am very thankful and honored to say he was my friend, I will miss him greatly. All my love and prayers.

Erik's death has shocked me so much that I hardly know what to say!!
I trained with Erik for a year at Boomtown Fitness in Stillwater, MN. He was approachable, knowledgable and generally had a charisma that is hard to put into words. While he called EVERYONE 'baby', he had a way of making me and everyone he knew feel special. I had great fitness success under his training.
I will always remember his engaging smile. . . And this planet is a lesser place without him.

Erik was a superb trainer, who tailored his instruction for the individual. One of the nicest people; he instantly became your friend. It was a privilege to know him. Many will miss him.

Erik was an amazing guy. He never had an ill comment towards anyone & he loved what he did and that was for people to reach their physical goals and, in turn, reach other goals in their lives.
He will be sore missed
