Erik Keene Obituary
Erik Madsen Keene, age 44, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013, in San Antonio. Erik was born to Richard C. and Patricia E. Keene in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude from UT-San Antonio with a B.B.A. in business management. He received a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification from the College for Financial Planning and a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan in 2009, which is now Raymond James, Erik worked for Bank of America Investment Services for nine years and Citibank Investment Services for four years. Recently he received the Five Star Wealth Managers Award as shown in Texas Monthly September 2013 issue. Erik enjoyed boating, music, spending time with friends, and was an excellent cook. Erik will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard C. Keene. He is survived by his mother, Patricia E. Keene; long time companion, Diana L. Keller; brothers, Kurt G. Keene and wife Cindy, Karl A. Keene and three nephews and one niece.

My deepest sympathies to the Keene family & Diana Keller. My brother from another mother, i will always remember cruising in your Navigator with the bass bumpin' so loud i couldnt hear for 2 days after! You will be greatly missed my friend! Till i see you again my brother!
