Erik Jordan Raml

Erik Jordan Raml, born on August 25, 1980 in Silver Spring, Maryland, to Patricia Raml and John Raml, suddenly passed away at age 38 in the early morning of March 29, 2019. Erik attended Paint Branch High School and then went to attend Maryland University. He enjoyed cheering for the Washington Redskins, tinkering on engines, singing, building things, astronomy, watching movies and listening to music. He loved to travel and see new places, go to the beach, work on cars/engines.

Erik knew no stranger, everyone was a friend to him. His selfless heart and compassion for others were surmountable. He placed others first always and loved with his whole heart. He was empathetic to others even he didn't know them, always willing to give whatever he had to make others smile and laugh. His enthusiasm and laughter were infectious. His spirit will be missed and let his shining star guide us through the darkness.

Erik is survived by his mother and father, John and Patricia Raml, brother, Travis Raml; sister, Jody Raml; and girlfriend, Claudia Foronda.

Friends and family members are welcome to attend the memorial service on Sunday, April 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Ten Oaks Ballroom in Clarksville, Maryland. Short service and light fare will be provided.
