Honoring the life of Ernest M. Benson To God be the glory. Sunrise February 15, 1945 Sunset March 21, 2021 Ernest M. Benson was born in Zuo Town, Montserrado County. God called him home on March 21, 2021 at 9:30am after a long illness. He is surely missed by his friends and loving family both in the United States and Monrovia, Liberia. We love and cherish him but God loves him best. He leaves to mourn his wife Francilla Clark Benson, 7 children, Dyu Ernest Benson Monrovia, Liberia; Gayezon Benson Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Jessica Benson Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Charlene Payne Irving, Texas; Edgingtine Smith Irving, Texas; Adonis Henry Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Danielle Clark Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; & nineteen grandchildren. Viewing: The viewing will be held on April 3rd at 9:30am - 10:30am at Levine & Sons Memorial Chapel. Funeral: The funeral service will commence at the same location at 10:30am - 11:30am. The body will be taken to the Resurrection Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 and the chapel rules the maximum capacity for the service is 50 people. All attendees must wear a mask and observe CDC guidelines. Please contact the family for the invitation to the funeral service. It is by invitation only. Stream: The funeral home will stream the funeral service live.
