Ernest Andrew Johnson

Ernest (Andy) Andrew Johnson 1/11/30 - 3/9/23 of Wolverine Lake, MI passed away on March 9th, 2023. Andy was born in Lima Ohio to O.K. and Agnes Johnson. He graduated from Upper Arlington High School and then attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He later obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ohio State University and then began a 34-year career at General Motors/Buick. Andy retired in March of 1987 after serving numerous roles including automobile design, testing and leadership.

After a memorable career at GM, Andy spent the last 30 years of his life helping and healing people out of his home in Wolverine Lake. This was inspired by his sister's miraculous healing through alternative medicine after her diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. She lived for a good 12 years after the diagnosis through alternative care. This was so profound that he decided to help other people, free of costs with the same modalities. Andy would spend hours of his time with each person. He ultimately helped over 10,000 people from all over the world. Andy was an amazing person and touched many lives with such enlightening information.

Both his sister, Mary Ann Lynch and his brother Thomas Grant Johnson predeceased him. He cared for his mother, Aggie until her passing at the age of 96. Andy was predeceased by his lifelong partner, Neal Thomas Heymes in 2012. Andy leaves behind, three nephews; T. Grant Johnson and wife Tamara, Gary A. Johnson and Thomas Lynch; two great nieces and a great-great niece and nephew. In addition, Andy leaves behind numerous dear friends who compassionately took care of him until his passing; John and Yvonne Welte, Nancy Jefferson, Deborah Bell, Cynthia Barnhart, Jennifer Gray and many others. Andy's family is forever grateful for the loving care these dear friends shared for Andy.
