E.T. was a wonderful person...My husband, Joe Tumbleston and E.T were brothers and I remember when Mom and Pop Tumbleston lived behind them in a trailer and I can still see him and Joe and Pop Tumbleston talking about their hunting trips on old plantations and several other places...When we go to visit Pop and Ma Tumbleston I can still remember the garden that he would plant...Later on in life, I remember Joe, E.T and Donald and maybe Edgar talking about the shark that almost got one of them when they were younger and living on Johns Island...When he moved to Hollywood and his Mom moved there to, I can remember he and Joe out in the yard playing with the hunting dogs and bragging about the deer they killed...Even though, I never saw my husband's deer LOL E.T would take Joe and Donald out shrimping and would always comes back talking about all the shrimp they got...Donald and Betty took me to see him about two years ago...RIP E.T.

Dear Tumbleston Family,
The Brinson family is so sorry to hear of E.T.'s passing. We remember him as a wonderful person and a close friend and neighbor on Elsey Drive. The Tumbleston family were also fellow members of First Baptist Church of St. Andrews, and were very special friends of the Brinson family. We offer our deepest sympathy for your loss and pray that God will comfort you until you're with E.T. again in Heaven.

First time Daddy met his newest great grandson, Michael. So sorry no photos taken. Michael was playing with Daddy's toy car. Last time April, Michael and I saw Daddy as well. How I wish we had photos to share. Another generations comes, as the elder departs this Earth ... such is life's cycle.

I am so thankful to have had a father like mine. He taught me so much and allowed me to learn even more. Every day I think of him and miss our talks. Funny thing, the older I get, the more I find myself being like him. Miss you dad. See you again.
