Ernestine Dunning Obituary
Mrs. Dunning leaves as survivors her husband, Billy C. Dunning of Madison, Mississippi, her sister Betty Rorie of Marietta, Georgia, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dunning was predeceased by her parents, Alma Cranford Jordan and Ernest Dale Jordan of Covington County, Mississippi.
Mrs. Dunning was employed with Bellsouth Telephone for many years prior to her retirement in 1987. She was a native of Covington County, Mississippi, and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson, Mississippi.
Visitation is from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with the funeral at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011, at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, ATTN: Tribute Gifts, Church Street Station, P.O. Box 780, New York, NY 10008-0780.

Bill, It was always good to visit with Ernestine and you. She was so dear to Tom and his kids. You two were 'another set of grandparents' for them. I am so glad to have known her and her graciousness. My deepest sympathy to you and know you are in my prayers. With love
