To Errol's family:
We're greatly saddened by the loss of such an ebullient man. We have never met nor ever will, another Errol. There will always be a place reserved in our heart for him.

I am the niece of Errol's brother Vince.
My heart is heavy with the thought that Errol is gone but I am sure that he is sailing the skys above us. Errol had such a robust personality and he will be sorely missed but his spirit will live on.

Errol will be much missed by the fellows in Midland, Texas. Many of us were in two of his promotions, Olympus Pacific Minerals and Inspiration Mining. We were glad to have met his son, Kent, also. God Bless you, Errol.

Errol, this is your birthday! I have many fond memories of our life together and you have been in my thoughts and prayers these days since I learned of your passing. I look forward to the celebration of your life and to sharing some of my memories of our life together, sailing to Mexico and back to the Baja, working with you in the mining industry and sharing our home in Lakeland, Washington. Thank you for the adventure!!! God Bless and Sweet Dreams Valiant Prince. Alexa Gilbert (Hemingson)

Hi Vincent, Brad and Kent, It is with deep affection that I remember the Big E. Remember in Rancheria in the trailer camp when you boys were up getting exprience with Dad when he jokingly picked up his "magic midget" geophysicist and said if there is nothing down that hole your are going over the bank. Then the next day when the driller came into the camp for breakfast, Erol said "well?", the driller took a deep drag on his cigarette and rolled a section of massive lead zinc core on the table. Then the unbelieveable 100 or so feet of massive sulphides glittering in the sun!! A little more values and he would have had his dream.
Take care guys my heart is with you.
Glen

The aptly worded Obituary will bring a smile to the face of anyone who know Errol. He was always full of such life and laughter. With his cherubic grin and “gift of the gab”, he could be most charming company. I know Errol will be missed, but he will certainly not be forgotten. His powerful presence returns every time he is remembered. I can hear him chuckling now.
