Esmeralda Trejo Obituary
Baby Lala was born to Esmeralda Estella Trejo and Christopher Chavez on August 1, 2009, in Clovis, NM, who both survive her. She was a very caring, loving child who brought lots of joy and happiness to all. She loved singing and dancing, spending time with her grandmothers, brother and Uncle Anthony. She loved Tinkerbell, Dora and Hello Kitty but was never hard to please. She accepted anything with an open heart and open arms. Our baby girl was our world and the light of our life. She will be dearly missed all the days of our life. We will always cherish and remember the many memories we shared with her this short time we had her here with us. Her memory will forever live in our hearts.
Other survivors include her brother, Little Christopher Chavez, maternal grandmother Emma Luna and her aunt and uncle Antoinette Trejo and Anthony Eylicio, great grandmother Estella Soto, great grandfather Arthur Luna, Sr., paternal grandparents Ruby Chavez and Gilbert Archunde , great uncles and aunts Artie and Martha Luna and their children Sonny and Jeremy Luna, Ted and Rachel Soto and their children April and Isaac Soto , God parents Donovan and Roberta Munoz and dear friend Gabrielle Carver.
She was preceded in death by her grandpa Daniel Soto.
A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 29, 2013, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis, NM. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 29, 2013, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis, NM with Deacon Daniel Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, NM. Pallbearers are Christopher Chavez, Donovan Munoz, Anthony Eylicio and Jeremy Luna. Honorary pallbearers are Sonny Luna, Eddie Enriquez, Little Christopher Chavez and Adrian Enriquez.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Steed-Todd Funeral Home and Crematory, 800 E Manana Blvd, Clovis, NM (575) 763-5541. You may also sign the online guest registry at www.steedtodd.com .
