In her ninetieth year, after a struggle with cancer, on Sunday, January 15, 2012. It is with great sadness that we announce the quiet passing, at her home in Toronto, of our beloved mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, aunt, cousin, and best friend of many. Mom was surrounded by many of her family members and friends over the last month, with all of her children coming in from across the globe to be with her. Beloved wife of the late Hyman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Sharyn and Michael Frey, Charles, Lorne and Jenny, the late Donna and the late Jack Zweker. Adoring Bubbie of Cindy and Michael Rubinovitch, Shari Guben; Jarrod and Jen Frey, Cindy and Brian Sobania; Tara Frankel, and Adam Rozencwajg; Jonathan, Zachary, Taylor and Ally Frankel. Proud great- grandmother of Matthew and Corey Rubinovitch; Amanda, David, Ashley and Brittany Guben; Nicole and Ashleigh Clarke; Justin Frey; Jack Lassner. Like her father, the Great Moe Herscovitch - Montreal football hero and 1920 Olympian in boxing, Estelle was a fighter right to the end. We love you and will miss you forever.
