Esterina Calzetta

CALZETTA, Esterina (Stabile). Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital on January 23, 2009 at the age of seventy-nine years. She leaves to mourn her beloved husband of 53 years, Angelo. She will be lovingly remembered by her children John (Mary), Pat (Rosa), Alberto (Alexandra) and her grandchildren David and Claudia. She will be greatly missed by her brothers Alfredo, Emilio, Vittorio, Marino and their respective families including nieces, nephews and relatives in Italy. She also leaves to mourn her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Adelina and Carmine and their respective families as well. Special thanks to Dr. Dawson and the remarkable team at the Royal Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion. The family will receive condolences at the Magnus Poirier Funeral Home, 10300 Pie-IX Blvd. (corner Fleury); on Sunday January 25, 2009, 7 to 10 p.m, Monday, January 26, 2009, 2 to 5 p.m and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, 11 a.m at St-Simon Apotre Church,145 de Beauharnois O. (corner de Reims), Ahuntsic. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Esterina can be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation.
