Dear Auntie Ethel's family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. Auntie Ethel is a wonderful lady and I have many fond memories of her smile, helpfulness and laugh. It gives me joy to think of all the family and friends who are welcoming and celebrating her arrival in her new home.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to be with you Friday for the service. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
