Eugene "Gene" P. Muras

Eugene P. Muras was born January 23, 1960, to George and Bernice Muras. He was a cub scout, boy scout and played football in high school. He was a lover of music and playing his guitars. One of his younger brothers and a friend formed a band who loved to jam together.

He was a hard worker and took pride in his work as a roofer and all-around handy man and construction worker. But for the past year and a half, he worked for a manufacturing company producing soft drink and liquor systems. He was so proud of his newfound career. He also worked with the Census Bureau and his gift of gab and being a jokester helped him complete his job well! His life was cut short due to cancer. He has left behind a son, ex-wife who he was residing with for the past 7 years, 1 granddaughter, 2 grandsons and 2 bonus grandsons, 2 sisters and 3 brothers, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, many nieces and nephews and extended family who loved him dearly. He passed away peacefully at his sisters' home on August 1, 2023. He is on his next journey with God and family who have gone before him. Internment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange, CA.
