Reverend Monsignor Eugene HARLEY OAM
Died on ANZAC Day, April 25, 2017.
Aged 87 years.
Principal Chaplain (Brigadier) to the Australian Defence Forces, 1959 - 1985.
Served as Assistant Priest, Forest Lodge, Cronulla and Campbell ACT and as Parish Priest Mosman until his retirement.
Beloved son of Owen and Mary (both deceased). Predeceased by his siblings John, Josephine, Delia (Sister Bridget DC), Therese (Roberts), Denny and Pat (Sutherland). Loved uncle of Denis and Cheryl, Stephen and Karen, Patricia, Denise, Jacquie (deceased), Anne and David, David, Rosemary and Ephraim, John and Andrea and a loving great-uncle to their children.
Greatly loved by all who knew him.
May he rest in peace.

Father Harley i met you in 1964 when you performed my wedding to neville walters, i have seen you maney times over t he years at 2 rar reunion on the gold coast. we all had a photoe taken tog a few years ago. it was a wonderful feeling to see you and cath up w it h you once again. i sent you a photo of yourself another guy. neville.myself beofre you went into care. i love neville on 21st march this year due to openheart surgery and maney other health issues. he was 77 would have been 78 o12.9.17. may god bless you always thank you for having the pleasure of knowing yourself Michele walters
