EUGENE KUC Obituary
Age 67, of Hazelwood, on Saturday, May 30, 2015. Beloved son of Teresa Gillot Kuc and the late Joseph P. Kuc; beloved father of Shannon Kuc, Brionna Poniewaz, Matthew Kuc, and Gina Kuc; beloved brother of Joseph "Jo-Jo" Kuc, Edward Kuc and the late Billy Kuc; he will surely be missed by his loving grandchildren, Alyssa, Marcus, Zachary, and Jason; also survived by his niece, Stacie Kuc; and great-niece, Emily. Mr. Kuc was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army. Friends received at the JOHN D. O'CONNOR AND SON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5106 Second Avenue, 15207, 412-521-8116 on Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and again Thursday before the Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stephen Parish Church at 10 a.m.

Your dad was one in a million . A kind gentle soul . He touched so many hearts that you never know. You could tell he loved his children from day one I met him . He had great family support while he was in the hospital. I will always remember how he would wink at the ones he liked and his smile.He will be missed by all . My thoughts go out for his family.

Sorry for your loss. Gene was a good guy.I worked with him at the State Store in East Liberty 25 years ago and we remained friends.

I still remember when I met your Dad, he was all stoic and acted serious and then laughed about making me nervous. He was something else. I know he loved you guys very much by how he talked and the last conversation I had with him when I came to visit. You guys are all in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there guys.
