I am very sorry for your loss. It doesn't seem like it has been a long time since I met her and Doc at Hillel. Eunice will be greatly missed.

I will forever miss my Auntie Eunice. She has taught me so much and became my surrogate mom when my mom was busy. She always was very encouraging. Dear Dr. Galsky,

We are so sorry about the loss of your beloved wife Eunice. She did so much for so many people in Peoria. We are keeping you and your family in our prayers.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I so enjoyed taking care of Mrs. Galsky. She always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Eunice have touched many lives in an incredibly positive way. She was a ray of light, treating everyone with deepest warmth and care, like her own family. Our deepest sympathy to the Family! Eunice's legacy will continue to live on through the memories of everyone she's met.

I am so sorry for the loss of Eunice. She fought bravely, and now she has triumphed in her battle with illness. My prayers go to Alan, Kim, Matthew and spouses and the grandchildren she loved so much.

Eunice touched the lives of so many who were fortunate enough to have known her. I will always remember her beautiful smile and how she sang fun little tunes and brightened up a room. What an amazing daughter, mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. She is a true champion for all that she battled so courageously these past years. He then looked down upon the earth and saw Eunice's tired face.
He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest.

Eunice was like a second mother to me, introducing me to kugel and matzo ball soup. A fantastic, amazing woman. I will miss her dearly.
