Eva Maria Campuzano, 34, passed away on October 19, 2018 in Dallas, TX at Parkland Hospital.

Visitation will be on Friday October 26, 2018 from 4PM-8PM at 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, Texas 75220 and Rosary will start at 7PM. Funeral services will be held 10AM on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.

Eva was born in Guanajuato, Mexico to Juan Antonio Campuzano and Josefina Campuzano on July 31, 1984. She was outgoing, happy and loved her children and family very much. Eva is preceded in death by her Father Juan A Campuzano, Grandparents J Luz Campuzano, Anastacia Campuzano, Leonardo Rojas, and Ma. Guadalupe Rojas.

Eva is survived by her children Jonathan Balderas, Evelyn Lugo, Ninel Lugo, Carlos Lugo, Danica Luna, Jaynel Luna, Jaime Luna, and Angelique Andrade, brother's Antonio Campuzano, J Luz Campuzano, Roberto Campuzano, Jorge Campuzano, Tomas Campuzano, sister's Luz M Campuzano, Lorena Campuzano, Maria G Campuzano, Mother Josefina Campuzano, Nephews, Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Balderas, Jose Andrade, Antonio Campuzano, Roberto Campuzano, J Luz Campuzano, Jorge Campuzano, Jovani Serrano, Jorge Campuzano Jr

Memorials may be given to Roberto Campuzano.

The family of Eva Campuzano wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped and assisted her on this path in her life. Thank you to the doctors of Parkland Hospital. Also a special thank you to all the family, friends, neighbors who have come together to show support to the entire family by way of food, flowers, phone calls, messages, text and ongoing prayers.
