Passed away at New Cross Hospital, on July 1, 2009, aged 86 years.
Funeral Service will take place, on Thursday, July 16, at 1.30pm, at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel.
Flowers welcome.
