Evelyn Daman Obituary
Evelyn Cummins Daman was called to be with the Lord October 10, 2018. She died of natural causes.
She was born July 27, 1948 in Lampasas, Texas to parents Willie and Lena Cummins (both of Lampasas). She attended Lampasas schools. Evelyn later moved to Austin, TX where she worked for a number of years as a housekeeper for the University of Texas, where she retired as Housekeeping Supervisor after 27 years. She loved playing bingo, vacationing with her family and enjoyed word seek puzzle books.
She met and married her soulmate and best friend Mike Daman, both having children from previous marriages combined as one happy family on June 25, 1994.
She is survived by her sisters; Susie Donaldson and husband Billy, Alice Cummins, Sandra Blake and husband David all of Lampasas. Brother, James Cummins of Lampasas, Husband Michael Daman of Austin, sons; Billy Kirkham of Lampasas, Frank Lawhan Jr of Hutto, Shane Daman of Austin, Anthony Daman of Austin
15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, by sister, Billie Ruth Cummins.
You are invited to a visitation with the family Friday October 19, 2018 from 6-8 at Sneed Funeral Chapel 201 East 3rd Street in Lampasas, TX. Funeral service is Saturday October 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel.
