Evelyn Sedberry Obituary
MT. GILEAD -- Mrs. Sedberry, 75, of 1257 Robedo Road, died Thursday, October 14, 2004 at her home.
Funeral service is 2:00 PM Sunday, October 17, 2004 at Long Hill Baptist Church, with Reverend Larry Beaver and Reverend Wayne VunCannon officiating. Interment will be in the Sedberry Family Cemetery, Halleyburton Road, Mt. Gilead. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 PM Saturday, October 16, at the Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, Troy, and other times at the home.
Mrs. Sedberry was a native of Cabarrus County and a homemaker. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, Sunday school teacher, a devoted child of God and a member of Long Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Sedberry of the home; children, John Sedberry of Ft. Lawn, SC, Dianna Langston of Gilette, WY, Tony Sedberry and Danny Sedberry, both of Troy, NC; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Gideons International, PO Box 804, Mt. Gilead, NC 27306.
Pugh-Troy Funeral Home is in charge.
