I would like to extend my deepest sympathy on the loss of a wonderful man, Professor Ken Hatt. He truly did have a kind heart and instrumental in establishing an amazing Criminology program/Concentration at Carleton University. He will always be remembered by his students he taught, the placement students and the agencies he worked so hard with. It was my pleasure to work for Professor Hatt in the Criminology program. He will be truly missed. God bless. Sandy Rochon (retired, Carleton University, Criminology)

My deepest sympathies to the family. Ken taught me at Carleton in the early 70's and is largely responsible for my interests in criminal justice which I work in to this day.

Ken was a very able and lovely guy I was privileged to know at Carleton University when I was doing some administration, and I shall miss him. His great work in criminology has stood the test of time. My deepest condolences to his family.
