Fannie N. Weaver Fannie N. Weaver, age 102, passed peacefully into her Heavenly Home on December 24, 2011 at the Blue Ridge Christian Home in Bealeton, Virginia.

She was predeceased by her husband, James Milton Weaver, Jr., who died on December 24, 1993. She was also predeceased by her parents, Armistead F. and Mary Ney; her son J. M. Weaver, III.; her brothers John Marshall Ney, Armistead (Bill) Ney, Leslie L. Ney, Walter (Ray) Ney, and Wesley Ney; sisters Mary Garrison, Estelle Robles, Evelyn Davis, and Edna Gore. Survived by her children Mary Sue Butler and husband Ernest of Bealeton, Virginia, Roger D. Weaver of Berryville, Virginia, and Sharon Bernard and husband Claude of Dale City, Virginia; grandchildren and their spouses, Greg and Stephanie Butler, Shawn and Wendy Butler, Chris and Lisa Butler, Missy Weaver, Cyndi and Larry Jacobs, Jon and Lisa Weaver, Jim and Kathy Weaver, and Alan and Leigh Weaver; also Survived by 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild Aden Brown. She is also survived by sisters, Lucille Gordon of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Clarissa Busby and husband Frank of Pensacola, Florida, and Elva Kilby and husband J. L. of Culpeper, Virginia; also her sister-in-law Lelia E. Weaver of Culpeper, Va.; and by generations of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Weaver was a wonderful homemaker. She loved children and spent her summers taking care of nieces, nephews and her friends' children on the farm. She was a longtime member of Bealeton Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, served as a leader of the GA's and a true disciple for the Lord. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, Virginia 20186 where funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30th at 1 p.m. Rev. John S. Farrar and Rev. Bob Gordon will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
