Beloved wife of the late Sheldon Bernstein. Cherished daughter of the late Lipty and Sarah Holtzman. Loving mother of Karen (Joel) Appell and David (Jody) Bernstein. Treasured grandmother of Jeffery (Cassandra) Goldfine, Brian (Aimee) Goldfine, Jaime (Kyle) Lake, Scott Bernstein, Rachel (Brian) Medansky, Alanna (Richard) Lambert, and Aaron (Jaime) Appell. Adoring great-grandmother of Stella, Ryder, Noah, Parker, Austin, Madison, Emersyn, Griffin, and Julian. Dear sister of Phyllis (the late Albert) Leboyer and the late Alvin (MaryAnn) Holtzman. Fond Aunt of many nieces and nephews and friend to many. Service Wednesday, 2 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom Cemetery.
