FLORENCE MURDOCH BOVIE

My sympathies to Flo's family. I bowled with Flo and always thought she was such a sweet kind lady. I also met her several times when she was getting her hair done at Penneys. She was always upbeat, interested in everyone and everything, and such a joy to talk with. She will certainly be missed.

Dear Don and Diana, Aaron and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. I am so glad you allowed us time with her by bringing her back home to visit. She will be missed and thought of fondly.

With heartfelt sympathy. Mrs. Bovie was a role model for me; she balanced family and working with ease and could always find what I needed in her store.

We will deeply miss her. My family owned a Chinese laundry in East Liberty in the 50's. As a little girl, we would often walk over to their business a block from us to take Pete his pressed shirts or just to visit with the cats. As we grew up Florence attended our wedding in 1976, later providing great ideas when we built our first home in 1977 and later in 1986 with electrical supplies and fixtures. Throughout time, she has met both of our daughters who are grown now. On other visits, she was no longer at the warehouse when I would drop by to pick up replacements. She was absolutely wonderful and will always be a thought in our minds. Thank you for sharing her with us. Our prayers are with all of you at this time.
